W.O Comstock & Associates has assembled a management team consisting of experienced healthcare and technology professionals. The team is organized to manage and direct all operating units of the company including:  marketing, sales, development, support, and finance and operations.

The management team is comprised of over 50 years of in-depth healthcare experience.

Key Management Staff

William Comstock:

Joining AMRHealth in 1998, Mr. Comstock serves as our President & CEO.  Bill has lent his considerable skills and expertise to the company, overseeing the enhancement of the product and developing strong service commitments to our clients.  With over 20 years in the design, development and implementation of financial and medical information systems, Bill has held a variety of positions within the industry including most recently, CIO of Century Health Solutions, a large managed care organization.

Operations Managers

Michael Eamigh:

Joining the company in early 2008, Mike has served as a PC Tech, processing file transfers, configuring hardware and software, and creating documentation.  Mike graduated from the University of Kansas School of Business with a degree in Information Systems in the summer of 2007. 

Third Party Administrators

Tracy Adams:

Our Customer Service Manager, Tracy Adams has been with the company since 2002.  Tracy's primary responsibilities include assisting clients with regards to the CAPS system through support and/or training, claims processing and product testing.  A graduate of Baker University, Tracy received her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and is currently pursuing her Master's degree with an emphasis in Finance.  Tracy has been involved in many areas of the health care IT industry including auditing, training, testing, plan coordination, and documentation.

Lina Breda:

Lina came to W.O. Comstock & Associates in 2006, from AMRHealth, Inc.  She serves as the claims manager, operating out of the Albany, NY office.  Lina is a graduate of Hudson Valley Community College with an AAS in Chemistry/Medical Technology and attended the College of Saint Rose with an emphasis in CEBS Pension Plans. She has over 20 years experience in HR, Employee Benefits, and Claims Management including medical, dental, short-term disability, and pharmacy claims.  Lina was also the co-owner of National Administration Services, a third party administration company.
