Who are W.O. Comstock & Associates?

W.O.Comstock & Associates, LLC. is a healthcare information technology company located in Topeka, KS, with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals that have been helping health plan administrators for almost 15 years. During that time we have implemented claims systems for some more well-known organizations like, IBM, Aetna, Mutual of Omaha, Union Pacific Railroad and the American Medical Association.  We are a product-oriented company with over 25 years vested in our reimbursement technology.  It is this technology that differentiates us from some of the better known companies like McKesson HBOC, IDX, and Cerner. They may be big and they may have a lot of marketing muscle, but their claims system can't come close to ours.

How does ASP link constituents?

When the application is centrally managed, and when it is built upon an integrated platform, the application can open up secured pathways designed to support the specific needs of each trading partner. For instance, within healthcare reimbursement, providers can enter claims directly into our centrally managed reimbursement system and have immediate access to a member's eligibility and the plans payment provisions.  Providers get paid sooner and the payers costs are reduced. Everyone benefits.
